The Lowry brings together a wide variety of performing and visual arts under the one roof at the heart of the regenerated Salford Quays.

Web's brief was to streamline and integrate their separate marketing and ticket sales activities.

We integrated our arts event management module with Audience View, their box office system, allowing their patrons to book events, select seats, update their preferences to receive targeted emails.

Using stunning photography we created attractive landing pages for key areas of their website.

The popular what's on calendar can display events by day, week or season view.

The event page displays the following content via integraton with ENTA box office system;

Performances.
Accessability times.
Ticket prices.
Ticket availability.
Description.
Images and Video.
Submenus.
Catogory tags.
Similar events.
Social meida.
Send to a friend.
Remind me.

Our system can also create campaign mini sites with, in this case, Twitter feeds and Facebook photo gallery integartion to provide great campaign results.

Our Content Management System not only allows their ENTA box office to communicate with the website, it now also allows the website to share events with our Facebook Events Tab.

The Facebook Page Tab is web application that runs in the context of Facebook.

The event information is kept short to keep the loading time down with users encouraged to click a link to the website to book the event.

We think The Lowry are the first theatre to sell tickets in this way. The results to date have had a very positive impact on ticket sales.
