Working with The Lowry's marketing team Web launched an innovative Facebook platform which allows users to book theatre tickets via their social media website on Facebook.
Web think The Lowry are the first theatre to sell tickets in this way. Web's Content Management System not only allows their ENTA box office to communicate with the website, it now also allows the website to share events with Web's Facebook Events Tab.
The Facebook Page Tab is web application that runs in the context of Facebook. The event information is kept short to keep the loading time down with users encouraged to click a link to the website to book the event.
